Domestic (Within India):

• We ship worldwide, including all locations within India.
• In areas where couriers do not provide service, we can dispatch orders via Indian Postal Services. Please contact us for assistance if you reside in such locations.
• We use reliable courier services like Delhivery.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 working days.
• During sale periods, please expect a potential delay of 2-3 days.
• Most orders are delivered within 7-8 working days, depending on the delivery address and courier conditions.
• All deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
• GST is included in the listed price, but Octroi or customs duties (if applicable in your region) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Our products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

International (Outside India):

• Shipping charges vary based on the destination and the weight of the parcel.
• We primarily use DHL or FedEx for international shipments.
• Customs duties or taxes (if applicable in your region) are to be borne by the customer.
• We do not provide transit insurance for international shipments.
• International orders are generally delivered within 2 weeks (excluding pre-order items). 
• If there is any change in shipping details, please notify us within 2-3 hours of placing the order to ensure the correct delivery address.
