RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items, except under special circumstances where returns or exchanges may be considered.
  • Please read our Return Window below
  • In such exceptional cases, the customer will be responsible for both return and reshipping charges. As our shipping is free within India, so only return fee is applicable.

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation is only possible if you email us before your order is dispatched. Please note that a payment gateway fee of 3%-5% will be deducted from the refund amount, as applicable.
  • No cancellations are allowed on pre-ordered items.

Change of Address:

  • The shipping address provided at the time of order placement will be the address used for delivery.
  • If you wish to change the delivery address, it can only be done before the parcel is dispatched. After dispatch, we will not be able to accommodate address changes.

Incorrect Shipping Details:

  • In case of errors in the shipping details provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
Return Window – You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible Returns – Returns are only accepted if you receive a completely different saree from what was ordered as well as defective pieces

Mandatory Unboxing Video – To claim a return, you must provide an unedited video of opening the courier-sealed package as proof.

We take false claims seriously. If you cannot comply with the above conditions, we kindly request you not to claim for refund or exchange policy.

OPENING VIDEO is must to claim exchange. We exchange the goods only if received damaged or completely wrong product, we only do refund if we are unable to exchange the damaged products.

We don't exchange or refund based on feel of the product or on 5-10% color variation as every screen resolution is different.

 

REFUND POLICY (Domestic and International)

  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Any requests received  after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All refund requests will be reviewed and acknowledged within 24-48 hours of submission.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, a quality check (QC) will be performed. If the product is found to be in the same condition as dispatched, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 working days after the product is returned to our warehouse.
